Spring is playing hide and seek around here. After days of much needed warmth, a cold front is blowing through with snow showers and a hard freeze overnight. Hope the daffodils and Lenten Roses are feeling hardy!

My running has been playing hide and seek too! I am getting out on the weekends but the motivation to train during the weekdays still eludes me. As is my winter habit, I have put too much focus on other things and pushed running off till spring. For all the current coldness, the calendar says that spring is officially here. Time to put a race or two on the calendar before the summer heat slows my old lady pace to a crawl!
