Today, after John’s bike ride, we took a walk in Ijams Nature Center. The walk was a stroll really, an opportunity to stretch our legs. Ijams is in early spring bloom and we enjoyed looking at the flowers, the lake and listening to the croaking Spring Peepers from the many small ponds. Nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon! I hope to be running again tomorrow…
