Friday night dinner was deeee-licious. It was a middle East meet Italy evening as Will dished up big, steaming platefuls of eggplant pasta served with artisian bread and an Olive Garden salad. I certainly put away more than enough pasta to fuel my Saturday morning run!
On the agenda with dinner, some discussions about our travel plans for 2008. While plans are still in the works, we are looking at some weekend backpacks to Savage Gulf and Shennandoah National Park and possibly a trip to Egypt (if not this year, definitely next). Stay tuned, more to come.
