Nice, 6 mile loop run downtown and back. The weather was quite pleasant and the Market Square Farmers Market was in full swing. My route took me along on Union Avenue and through the middle of the market. Lots of people and vendors out. After spotting some fine looking lettuce and other late spring vegetables, I decided to head back post run to do some shopping.
Filled my shopping bag with flowers for the table, daisies for the front garden, lots of fresh lettuce, radishes, chard, green onions, fresh baked bread and local artist note cards. So glad the Farmers Market is back for the summer!
