Today wrapped up a solid week of running! No particular motivational issues, every morning I woke up, drank a cup of coffee and ran (or ran-jogged according to my F305). Just what I needed to get myself back on track. I logged some 2 hours and 40 minutes around the neighborhood using various streets to build running routes.
After this morning’s run, John and I jumped on our bikes and headed to the Blvd to ride laps around the 1 mi loop. I stuck with him for some 45 minutes but began to drift back so he took off to do a few hill climbs and I rode home. Considering I haven’t been on the bike in a while, I am feeling pretty good about the effort.
Once home, it was time to pull out some lemons I bought at Earth Fare earlier in the week and make lemon sorbet. Tangy, tasty and very refreshing but in need of a little more sugar.
