This has been a good week for workouts. The heat and humidity (h & h) have finally chased me indoors to run but the effort remains solid. My weekly long runs are slowly building. A big thanks to Terri Gross and Fresh Air, her podcasts got me through this week’s wicked 9 mile treadmill run!
