Knoxville Track Club posted race results in their usual timely fashion (someone must have burned the midnight oil last night). The 5k went really well for me.

I came in 7/49 in my age group and in the upper 50% of the total field of 1180, a solid middle of the pack performance 🙂 This is 2.11 minutes off my New Year’s Day 5k. Nice reward for several months of effort!
