Surprise Leslie! I found this photo in your camera and hijacked it 🙂 Not sure whether the photo was taken in Copenhagen or East Berlin, but I am thinking Copenhagen.
Welcome home to my “slightly” younger sister Leslie, who just returned from a two week trip to Copenhagen and East Berlin. Leslie was visiting her friend, Marianne (pronounced Myanna). She and Marianne became friends through school and social activities during the year dad taught at the technical university in Copenhagen…1973 to be exact. Marianne and Leslie have an agreement that every 5 years, they will visit. This was Leslie’s year to travel.
Incredible how special friendships transcend time and miles and last forever!
